There's nothing that can't be improved. Starting with my own business through to the global company I also work for. The world is moved by people that have come up with an idea and made a conscious decision to develop it. One of my greatest strengths is following through on my own ideas and developing them. I love doing this as it’s proof you really believe in what you’re doing. How can we get results if people don't truly believe in their ideas? People are moved by what they believe in.
Come up with an idea;
Create a plan;
Engage a team of people who share your vision;
Go for it - the rest, it is just "work" ;)
