¡ Tenemos una idea ! Imagina que al acabar un viaje pudieras llevar contigo un fragmento de ese lugar. Piensa por un instante que dicho fragmento sea un regalo de alguien muy especial, alguien que no quiera que olvides esa experiencia, alguien que haya sido tu refugio en ese destino desconocido: tu hotel. ¿Puedes imaginarlo? Nosotras queremos hacerlo realidad, y hemos creado Caravanbook. . We think we have come up with a brilliant idea ! We thought that there is no better present to the traveller than a fragment of the visited place for them, to carry home. We also thought that there is nothing that distinguishes a hotel better than an original amenity, and that works also as a souvenir. With these two premises we rolled up our sleeves and we created Caravanbook. - ¿Qué es Caravanbook? Somos una editorial especializada en pequeños libros de fotografía que contienen viajes. Nuestros libros funcionan como amenities para clientes de hoteles muy especiales, que buscan diferenciarse y cuidar a sus clientes. . What is Caravanbook? We are publishers specialised in small travel photobooks. Our books are amenities for very special hotel guests. - ¿Por qué libros de fotografía? Leer un libro de fotografía es similar a ver una película: imágenes que se suceden y conforman una historia. Hay películas que dejan huella y que, pasado un tiempo, quieres volver a ver. Con los viajes sucede un poco lo mismo: si el sitio te ha fascinado, te dirás a ti mismo que un día repetirás. Si tienes un libro que, con fotografías te cuenta la esencia de un lugar, no tienes mas que recuperarlo de la estantería y volver a verlo para rememorar el viaje. Queremos que nuestros libros pongan al alcance de tu mano la oportunidad de viajar. . Why photobooks? Reading a photobook is like watching a movie: a succession of pictures weaving a story. Sometimes, when a movie has been well enjoyed, we like to go back and watch it again. With traveling it’s quite the same thing: if the place has charmed us, we will convince ourselves that we will go back one day. If we have a book that captured so well the essence of a place with photos, we have to do nothing more than reach for it on the bookshelf and flip through the pages for good memories of the trip.
