I am a Strength Coach and Personal Trainer in West Palm Beach. I also service clients as far as San Francisco. I've been in the Fitness and Martial Arts world for over 10 years and started my own Personal Training company in 2013. I have a huge client base that not only includes my active one on one clients but also over a hundred others in the community that have taken group classes and more from me over the years. I also train Professional and Amateur athletes.
