Medtep facilitates the creation of digital Care Plans, serving both patients and healthcare professionals, to foster behavior change and increase efficiency of the treatments prescribed by healthcare professionals (HCPs) across different therapeutical areas, focusing on those of chronic and rare diseases, and mental health. Medtep’s Care Plans, available to access via web for healthcare professionals, and via apps for patients, are treatment and prevention programs defined by leading experts in the healthcare sector, using clinical research and partnering with medical institutions to guarantee an evidence-based quality product. The medical content is brought by referent medical centers and healthcare professionals we partner with to bring knowledge to our users.
