Adam Sellars founder of The Pressure Project is a worldwide PADI Ambassadiver. Adam has attained the highest level of Freediving instruction being a PADI Instructor Trainer. He has competed for Australia in both the AIDA Freediving World championships and Vertical blue Freediving championships. He is also a qualified Meditation teacher and Yoga Instructor. Both being integral parts of the Freediving experience.
