Enthusiastic economics and finance professional with years of experience in the field and years of study. Currently, however, I have been bitten by the entrepreneurial bug, which led me to co-found and create a food-tech company called Gourmista with a diverse and committed team in Madrid, Spain. This role has forced me to move beyond finance and economics and taught me how to think about marketing, branding, operations, etc. and how all these pieces move together to support a company. My first crack at entrepreneurship has been a tough road, but it has also been one of the best learning experiences of my career.
