Sobre Dr Abhishek Agarwal
Dr Agarwal qualified as a dentist in 2006 and has a special interest in Dental Implants, bone grafting, sinus lifts, IV sedation and complex extractions including impacted wisdom teeth .
He spent his first two postgraduate years working as a senior house officer in Oral and Maxillofacial surgery at hospitals in Cardiff and Oxford. During this time, he passed the membership exams of Royal College of Surgeons of both England (MJDF RCS) and Edinburgh (MFDS RCS).
In 2009 , Dr Agarwal joined the special care dentistry department at King’s College Hospital and honed his skills in managing extremely nervous and medically complex patients. In 2012 , he gained a Diploma with merit in Conscious Sedation from Guy’s Dental Hospital, London and since, has successfully treated more than a thousand patients under IV sedation. For seven years, he also worked as a specialty dentist in Oral Surgery at King’s College Hospital, alongside some of the best oral surgeons in the country , where he also taught surgery to undergraduate dental students.
He is also a member of the European association of Osseointegration ( EAO) , Association of Dental Implantology (ADI UK) and the Society for Advancement of Anaesthesia in Dentistry (SAAD).
Dr Agarwal has also been involved in charitable activities including voluntary dental work in Nepal.
