I believe in meritocracy and common sense. Actually, I don't believe in anything else. For me the ability to make an impact is the number one criteria of leadership. To make an impact, I always focus on three critical factors: 1) use of time - what do I do? 2) effectiveness of decision making = quality x speed x reach - effort. 3) execution - how well do we put things in action. When hiring, character is the only thing I watch. When firing, attitude is the only thing I consider. Building and leading teams for me is all about making others believe that everything is possible together.
