TopProz was founded in 2019 by Hatim Naim with the goal of providing a high quality service marketplace for a wide range of services. In 2018, Mr. Naim stepped in to manage newly founded Red Hat Plumbing. This gave him real insight about the complexities associated with operating a service company and the need to simplify & better manage the process. Additionally, he discovered that Pros often provided inconsistent diagnoses to homeowners, causing them to pay for services that were not required. Based on his market evaluation, it became evident that there was a significant gap in the available tools for both: the customer and the pro. He decided to create TopProz to give homeowners the capability to manage projects effectively and to address the operational challenges a service business faces today.
