Multi Trade Solutions’ Head Office is situated in Bella Vista with remote operations also on the Mid North Coast and Northern NSW. We have a very robust and effective team structure so as to ensure the highest quality in delivery of services to our clients. We are staffed with well-trained administration and support staff and we have Work Supervisors out on site overseeing our trade teams. We also ensure all of our staff are well-supervised and receive on-going training and performance management in quality and, most importantly, safety. Our trade teams are closely supervised by our on-site Work Supervisors. We have a rigorous induction process in which our trades team are enrolled prior to working on any of our job sites, because WH&S compliance and safety is of utmost importance within our organisation. This company has been built on years of experience within the building industry. We pride ourselves on our extensive trade knowledge and ensure our trades are closely supervised to deliver a high quality product and service. Our own internal full-time staff are well versed with managing building and maintenance programs. Multi Trade Solutions has been involved with facilities management for over 15 years and have specialised in the following areas: General Construction Refurbishment programs Planned Works Major painting upgrades to unit complexes/buildings Common grounds maintenance Passive Fire Protection to buildings & unit complexes Vacant Cleaning & restorations for re-letting Building & Construction cleaning – initial cleans and final cleaning Disabled modifications Preventive Maintenance programs Multi Trade Solutions has invested in developing a sophisticated IT management system to more efficiently and effectively manage our clients’ works. We manage a very large volume of work over a very sizable geographical area utilising a wide variety of trades, so investment in an advanced management system was imperative to operating a successful operation. Our IT team will ensure that our system will be compatible with any of our clients’ systems to pave the way for effective and smooth communications. Multi Trade Solutions will ensure that our delivery of service would be tailored to the requirements needed to ensure both the Asset Manager and Stakeholder’s requirements are upheld at all times. Whilst our organisation is well-structured, we do have the flexibility to mould our team to ensure we work in partnership with the Asset Managers and Stakeholder Managers. We are also acutely aware of the need to ensure any works we carry out do not interfere with the day-to-day functioning of the asset. Under the current contracts we operate on, we are very mindful of ensuring our works do not interrupt our tenants and/or clients. We work very closely with our clients to program and schedule works to ensure minimal interference whilst we carry out any required works.
