Amali Switzerland is a Zurich-based non-profit association founded by entrepreneur Rasha Oudeh, dedicated to empowering women, supporting entrepreneurship, and promoting inclusive economic development across Switzerland, the Middle East, and Africa.
Through structured mentoring programs, business coaching, professional training, and practical workshops, Amali helps aspiring and established women entrepreneurs develop the knowledge, confidence, and skills needed to launch, manage, and grow sustainable businesses.
At the heart of the organization is the Amali Mentoring Program, which combines self-paced online learning with personalized mentoring and practical business guidance. Its three progressive programs support entrepreneurs at different stages of their business journey:
Business Foundation supports aspiring entrepreneurs and early-stage business owners with essential knowledge covering business models, market research, pricing, financial management, branding, digital marketing, customer service, and business registration.
Growth & Professionalization helps entrepreneurs strengthen and scale existing businesses through financial planning, growth strategies, marketing, SEO, team management, operational efficiency, funding, and sustainable business development.
Going International supports entrepreneurs preparing to expand into new markets, covering market entry strategies, international distribution, regulatory requirements, export documentation, logistics, international payments, and cross-border partnerships.
Beyond entrepreneurial education, Amali Switzerland promotes women’s leadership, social entrepreneurship, professional development, and access to experienced mentors and valuable business networks. The association also offers fully funded mentoring opportunities for selected women entrepreneurs, helping make professional guidance and business education more accessible.
