Seed Disability Services is an NDIS service provider offering a wide range of support to people living with mobility or other restrictions. Our support workers are caring and compassionate, besides being professional, efficient and experienced. They consider the lifestyle of participants, the goals and aspirations of their life, their strength, abilities and intellect and their areas of interest to come up with just the right support, which helps them lead the life of their choice with as much independence as possible.

Core Supports including daily living assistance, travel and transport assistance and community access
Capacity Building Supports, including support coordination and assistance with life stage transitions
Community Nursing Care
Home and Living Supports including Supported Independent Living (SIL), Supported Living (SL), Individualised Living Options (ILO)
