Sobre Attendn
Attendn is fully developed app start-up. It's a niche events app providing, for the first time, a platform for amateur event organisers to announce, promote and sell tickets to their events.
Think about the millions of event organisers promoting events too small for Ticketmaster on something like WhatsApp and their frustration collecting cash and chasing IOUs.
Attendn was born as a solution to two simultaneous problems experienced by the founders Mark Homoki and Alexander Constantine.
Alexander organised a weekly 5-a-side football match and spent an inordinate amount of time chasing, via emails and WhatsApp, his friends to confirm their attendance. To compound the misery each week he would struggle to collect small change from each to cover the pitch costs.
Mark was new to London, living in the suburbs and had no way to find something to do locally.
The Attendn app offers organisers an easy to use and powerful service that promotes, manages and take payments for the first time. We believe it is monetising a huge untapped corner of the events market.
For event goers Attendn offers a multitude of local events too small to be listed on ticketing sites like Ticketmaster and StubHub.
The app was developed over 2 years and launched in both App stores and on www.attendn.com this summer. We have a road map of enhancements and the ambition to become the ultimate events management tool, marketplace and discovery experience.
