Sobre Broadway leadership

Broad-way leadership is a new way to develop both personal and professional leadership skills. Based on the situational leadership theory and the recent neuroscience discoveries, the model integrates both coaching tools and musical theater dynamics into the classroom. The objective is to stretch the range of behaviors of the attendees allowing them to better adapt to their environment, using situations and characters from musicals. The offer could be completed by other innovative HR solutions. The project has a cross market orientation: enterprise, institutions, schools, professional associations, teachers, facilitators, sales people ... Those markets where people need to improve their influence on others. The project is leaded by two experienced and skilled professionals with a solid background both in the scenic arts as in the HR fields.
