Omega Global Technologies, LLC (dba D-CLEAR.COM) will be a Blockchain Enhanced Unified
Communications Platform (UC) running in a SaaS environment and a Business-to-Business (B2B) /
Business-to-Client (B2C) and Peer-to-Peer (P2P) Decentralized Mobile Application (DApp). Our products
will also be integrated with a Decentralized Identity (DI) management system. We will deliver an
easy to use, cost-effective and totally encrypted communications and collaboration solution which will
offer advanced functionality, privacy, security, global connectivity, global scalability and interoperability.
Our DApp will be offered as a part of our enterprise suite as a paid service and as a free non-integrated
DApp. We will allow our free DApp users to connect directly to any company or organization on our
network, while also having the ability to voice/video call, conference call, share documents, send voice
recordings and SMS/MMS amongst all of our users.
Our DApp will allow for the secured transfer of sensitive information between our users in order to comply with regulations involving securing client or patient information within communications.
The creation of the concept for the free version of our DApp is not only for B2C and P2P communications. It will also benefit our paid users who require the need to “Know Your Client” by actually seeing a live client with whom they are speaking with, while complying with regulatory requirements within any industry with heightened compliance requirements.
D-CLEAR.COM's UC will run in a SaaS environment. This will allow all of our enterprise users to
take advantage of geographical freedoms by being able to work from literally anywhere in the world as
if they were at their home or office while still working within a fully secured environment. Our UC is
created with international business in mind and will allow for our users to have all of the necessary
functionality and resources in one SaaS platform.
In addition we will also create a Global Connected User Directory where the paid users information
will be placed: access will then be granted to all of our users. This will allow the users to directly connect
with one another within a completely secure environment.
We will build a global network of organizations, companies and individual users that can communicate
directly in a secure, easy to use and cost-effective manner on any accessible connected device. Our
communities Global Connected Users Directory will allow the individual users to search for connected
companies and organizations worldwide by name, region or industry and connect via our DApp just
like making a phone call.
In a world that is rampant with identity and private information theft or fraud, it is important that our
users can verify their clients identity with 100% certainty, and with our Decentralized Identities and the
ability for video conferencing within a fully encrypted environment we know that our products will offer
our clients the added security required to maintain their compliance needs.
D-CLEAR.COM understands that more businesses are relying on customer relationship management
(CRM) platforms to track critical leads and customer activity. The capability for integration with CRM's
is a "must-have". This integration creates a data exchange in which information is seamlessly collected
and real-time analytics are available on demand. This sophistication is critical for companies in a
competitive marketplace and no longer optional for leaders planning to succeed. This is why D-CLEAR.
COM will build multiple API's specifically geared towards integration with CRM software.
Omega Global Technologies, LLC was incorporated in the state of Florida as a Limited Liability
Corporation. We chose the state of Florida for its corporate flexibility, tax benefits and beneficial corporate climate. We elected to be taxed as an S Corporation for further tax benefits. A DBA has been
properly registered in the state of Florida for the company, "D-CLEAR.COM".
We are aware that administering a Blockchain Enhanced Unified Communications Platform and Decentralized Mobile DApp can be demanding, which is why we are well prepared and equipped to perform within our chosen line of business. With a team of business executives and all of the developers
needed already standing by, we are a turnkey organization ready to get to work.
