We're The teamwork of the Kornich Project. This project we've made is targeting the real-estate industry in four major segments:
1. Real-estate buyer.
2. Real-estate seller/Owner.
3. Real-estate companies.
4. Real-estate brokers & Individuals.
The Application supposed to be released in 5 phases:
Phase 1: The first beta and published version
It's taking the priority for companies and real-estate owners and buyers by adding real-estate companies their properties and list them on the platform targeting only the Egyptian region.
Phase 2: Adding the CRM for companies and brokers, So, they can completely depend on the platform itself to make the best selling results through tools we provide to help to understand the customers and buyers. Targeting the Middle Eastern and North African.
Phase 3: Create (IOS - Android) mobile application for easier and experience for both Buyer and seller could see real-time results and follow up processes or even make more complicated processes.
Phase 4: Develop the CRM for more stability and better, Easier, And faster operations for agents, So, They can contact, make reminders, track their progress and add targets in short term and long term.
Phase 5: Adding more plans for the companies and individual brokers in the platform, So they can make better analysis depending on the enhanced analysis and experimental algorithm we're going to apply.

This project supposed to handle many missing features competitors is not yet improved in their websites such:
1- detailed information and better-enhanced user experience in viewing and interacting with website content.
2- Search and Search algorithm for better results and easy subscriptions for similarities or specific content in the web application.
3- CRM for both companies and individuals calculating and reporting progress and also giving advice tips to move on in better steps.
4- Affordable plans and subscriptions according to the company's activity on the website.
5- Scaling ability is easy and containing more better ways to search that fits all types of users. such location, street, floors, Payment types, currencies available... etc.
In this step, we're looking for an exceptional investor to push this project online. we've made 1 and 7 months of work with researches and experiments dropped a lot of cash away. This investor should understand the importance of the real estate industry in the world and understanding the risks we've been through and going to face the future for creating an unexpected professional real-estate platform could add value to the world.
