Sobre Snaffu

We built Snaffu to make bug reporting easier for our clients and product teams from both iOS and Android apps. We found that users would often find an issue in an app but would wait to report it, look for someone from QA to report it, or not report it at all. Feedback tools didn’t capture all the details we required and were built to target end-users rather than help us internally. We set out to make sure the teams creating apps can submit valuable bugs which can be resolved. With Snaffu integrated in your apps, everyone can submit bugs.
