We all know some people who immediately after their university started their career as an intern at companies such as Google and Amazon and you can imagine their career path after that. But there are educated talents in developing countries who are suffering from unequal opportunities of growing professionally We at TalentBridge change the talent’s life in developing countries by showing them the path, diagnosing and strength their weakness, make them the best match for European companies and finally find them a job. In last two months, we had 500 registered talents. interviewed 40 talents. signed 7 contracts by a total value of 10000 euro. found a partner to extend to Russia, found recruiting and employer partners, and even a real state partner. We believe we can sign 20 contracts with the value of 50000 euro each month at very beginning but we need a better infrastructure first.
