In 2005, I discovered golf on Xbox, the same week I went to the driving range and from there… I never left a golf club, I started to organize my holidays around fairways, at the beginning 1 month, then 3 months a year. In 2008, I decide to Create PGH - Personal Golf Holidays a golf travel agency à la carte for VIP based in Thailand. From there i learned something… everyone in Thailand sell everything to tourist so when a prospect live your shop without buying what it was looking for, its a lost customer! 
In 99% of the cases they never come back because at the next corner they already found 10 times the same tours, so why come back to my shop? I tried ads flyers and by giving thousands of business cards a year almost no one used them to calling me back! So, I had to found out how to sell at any price to my prospects even after he left my shop. I went to marketing website and others to learn how to have a better communication and all of them were throwing pop-ups at me to get the latest book that would make me “ the best marketer ever “, and then it just pop... Pops ups are only a kind of “ business cards ” that allow you to be able to contact the person who came to our site. So I used the latter as a pop-up when a prospect came into my shop, I listened carefully to what he wanted, then POP UP and I exchanged my business card and my flyer pack again a way to be able to contact him again. From there, after our discussion, I sent him a link that opened on a personalized web page with the tours that interested him with a Countdown that allowed him to have a discount for an hour then at full price. This little trick made my business grow by 15 to 25% depending on whether we were in high or low season. In Switzerland, I did tests with a friend who worked for AMC, AMC is a company that works little on the internet but more in dealing with their prospects face to face in fairs, just as their product demonstrations must be done at their prospects home during an evening much like for Tupperware which can be quite restrictive for their prospects, Despite this, the results were more than convincing because they did not yet have access to the application for these tests but only to the process. They had 30% more appointments and in 50% of these cases, they made a sale! When they simply gave out their business cards only 1% contacted them back! So, I decided to create The VBC - The Virtual Business Card by adding all the modules and the recommendations I received when I spoke about this idea with professionals from all horizon. The VBC was designed so that it can be used in all the different sectors of the industry as for a butcher who after seeing that it was going to be nice and hot this weekend, decides to create a BBQ tasting tray for his clients, or a restaurant where the person will sit down and can directly scan the QrCode on the table which opens the menu where they can select what they want to consume and pay directly, etc... To introduce The VBC to the world, after the launch we will focus on hotel groups which offer them a wide range of services when a person stays in one of their establishments such as Its restaurants Its tours and animations His SPA Its bars His evenings parties And at the same time that will lay the foundations for sales funnels for these industries. Why? There are 1.5 billion people who travel annually and the majority need hotel rooms. Because when you arrive in a hotel, most people use the hotel to rest and sleep and hasten to deposit their luggage to go visit the surroundings before taking advantage of what the establishment can offer them in general like the breakfast and if it is late the room service, but for the rest of the services... In general, after doing the checking, you pass in front of the little counter of the tour operator, you have a small poster in the elevator and finally 3 or 4 flyers which are placed in your room and that's it, but from there, if you received a welcome message with discounts to use in the hotel with the weekly offers or with its partners, that changes everything!
