I'm passionate about e-commerce and online business. And I love helping people and compañies succeed in digital business, as I did in the past two decades.
¿How?
I work as Head of E-commerce Strategy at Ebolution. I'm involved every day in amazing digital projects that propel our customers into online business.
I share my experiences and ideas about e-commerce as a writer and speaker in several events every year.
I'm also an advisor and board member to several e-commerce companies, and lecturer in top business schools (IE, IESE, TheValley, EOI, KSCHOOL)
¿Why?
During the last 20 years of my career, focused on e-commerce, I have acquired experience about the necessary key success factors for online businesses.
I was one of the e-commerce pioneers in the Spanish market, launching my first online store in the year 2000. I have been deeply involved in online business since then, implementing and managing multiple online store's strategies, by defining their operations models, leading technology implementations, performing sales roles and designing and executing marketing strategies. I spent two decades finding out what to do and NOT to do in e-commerce, the hard way.
