Taurus Aurum Global Property Fund Limited (hereinafter referred to as Taurus Aurum or Fund), is a private-owned International Collective Investment Scheme providing asset management services for qualified investors. Having as primary goal safekeeping of investors’ assets, Taurus Aurum pays particular attention to ensuring security of investments at a given rate of return, which is targeted to exceed one of bank deposits and government bonds.The investment declaration stipulates investments into industrial, office and commercial real estate in CIS, Eastern and Central Europe and the Middle East, works of art, antiques, and numismatics and shares and bonds of high-growth small and medium enterprises (SME). By consolidating the funds of shareholders, the Fund has access to projects, that shareholders would not have access to on their own. Investments risk management is based on experience, business connections and the knowledge of the members of the Council of Directors and the Investment Committee, professional expertise of potential targets and diversification of investments. Taurus Aurum is targeted to profit out of rental payments received for real estate in its’ possession as well as of development projects and speculative deals. Business model of the fund is based on direct investments into property as well as participation in capital of entities whose assets consist primarily of real estate. Today Fund primarily invests into greenfield residential projects in Moscow Region of Russia, hotel-type properties on Iberian peninsula, high-street retail properties, offices, start-ups and bonds and other types of debt securities. Currently the Fund is in the process of changing its' name into Taurus Aurum Global Property Limited which reflects changes in investment policy and expansion of types of potential targets in Offering Memorandum and in transition into AIFLNP under CySEC supervision.
