Understanding the investment opportunity

CREALSA DC HORIZONTE 2029 SA: your money working in the real economy

Every day, thousands of small and medium-sized businesses in Spain deliver products, provide services, and fulfil their commercial commitments. However, once their work is done, they must face long payment terms that, in many cases, stretch over weeks or even months.

During that time, these businesses need to maintain their operations, meet their obligations, and keep growing. That is where CREALSA DC HORIZONTE 2029 SA comes in, providing liquidity to SMEs through financing solutions based on already-generated receivables.

This activity gives rise to an investment opportunity backed by the real economy, linked to tangible operations, and with a target return of 7% per year.

An investment with a clear identity

We are not talking about abstract financial products or strategies tied to market volatility. Behind every euro invested there are real receivables, generated by real companies, with identified payers and pre-established maturity dates.

The portfolio is made up of more than 6,000 individual receivables, providing a high level of diversification and reducing dependence on specific operations. This is a structure that would be virtually impossible for an individual investor to replicate independently.

Furthermore, approximately 50% of the assets come from public bodies or are covered by credit insurance from specialist entities such as CESCE, adding an additional layer of solidity and protection to the overall portfolio.

The Horizonte 2029 Bond has a three-year term and distributes interest on a monthly basis, allowing investors to receive periodic returns directly into their account.

The minimum investment is €1,000 and does not require the purchase of additional products, direct debit of income, or the fulfilment of any supplementary requirements. The only applicable fee is a subscription commission of 2.4%, intended to cover the structuring and hedging costs of the transaction, with full transparency from the outset.

For those who value flexibility, the issuance includes two exit windows, at months 12 and 24, subject to six months' prior notice, offering the possibility of planning the investment with greater peace of mind.

A structure designed to protect capital

The issuance incorporates various mechanisms aimed at strengthening investor security. Among these, a reserve fund equivalent to 1% of the total issuance volume stands out, designed to cover potential operational contingencies.

Additionally, the issuing company is an independent entity, with assets and liabilities completely separate from any other company, which helps to ring-fence the assets of the transaction.

For its part, Startupxplore, acting as bondholders' representative and structurer of the issuance, continuously monitors that the portfolio maintains the established eligibility criteria, within the applicable regulatory framework and under the supervision of the CNMV and ESMA.

Investing takes just a few minutes

The investment process is carried out entirely online and can be completed in a matter of minutes. Simply register, review the opportunity, sign the relevant documentation, and transfer the funds.

Without travel, complex procedures, or unnecessary waiting, access to this investment has been streamlined so that any investor can participate comfortably and transparently.

In a context where many traditional savings products offer limited returns, the Horizonte 2029 Bond brings investors an alternative linked to the real economy, with a controlled-risk structure and a target return that has historically been reserved for large wealth holders or specialised investment vehicles.
