Understanding the investment opportunity

Colibid is a mortgage platform that allows users to connect with all the banks in Spain and receive the best personal offers within 24 hours, leveraging an AI that analyzes the financial profile and specific risk of each user.

Colibid develops an automated mortgage subscription platform that uses artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms:

  • On one hand, it streamlines the mortgage application process by analyzing a large amount of financial data to assess the borrower's risk and eligibility.
  • On the other hand, it quickly and accurately selects potential offers from all actors in the banking ecosystem in Spain according to the segmentation of the applicant's profile.

In addition to this, Colibid offers its SaaS services based on its own AI, enabling banks and brokers to manage large volumes of clients without limits and in real time, saving significant costs in management times and document administration.

ATTENTION: The investment round in Colibid is structured as follows:

  • Direct investment in the Startup for its current partners and for the signatories of previous convertible notes that capitalize in this round.
  • The rest of the partners through the subscription of shares in the Investment Company, as long as this reaches a minimum of 5% participation in the Startup. If this is not reached, the investment will be direct in the Startup, and the investors will be channeled through a Syndicate.

There is a circumstance that we must highlight, if when capital gains are generated the Investment Company has seen its participation reduced below 5% of Colibid, such capital gains will be subject to double taxation, due to the non-exemption from corporate tax. We will implement mechanisms to try to avoid this, but you need to be aware of this circumstance.
