Brian is the analyst and gets a kick out of reviewing your methods and procedures to determine the best outcomes. With all the right formal qualifications in Operations Management, Organisation Design, Production and Inventory Control, Brian has an unmentionable number of years of experience in business process improvement. Over 20 years’ of that unmentionable number is experience with Maximizer CRM and Zoho CRM. When he’s not engineering time and cost saving process improvements, he’s either hiking, or putting his improvement skills to work at home by renovating. His favourite toys are his sledgehammer and crowbar (but don’t worry, they stay at home when he’s back at work).
