About Dalene Wray
I am the Managing Director of OBE Organic, a well-established Australian company specialising in organic halal grass fed beef. I have worked in the organic food industry for over a decade. For six of those years I was based in Hong Kong to expand opportunities for our organic beef globally. I am a strong advocate for innovation and am an effective communicator. I champion gender diversity in the workplace. I recognize that there are unique challenges faced by women in agriculture, as they build careers and raise families.
