ABOUT Gabriela Brieba
B. Sc. Gabriela Brieba Plata was born in Navarra (Spain). She graduated in Molecular and Cellular Biology at Universidad de La Laguna. In 2009-2010 she obtained the degree in Innovation Management from the Agencia Canaria de Investigación, Innovación y Sociedad de la Información (ACIISI) and the Fundación Empresa-Universidad de La Laguna (FEU-ULL), with practical training at at Instituto Universitario de Bio-Orgánica. In 2011, she finished a MBA master's degree and now she is running her own business in food safety, food allergy and allergens cross-control. She joined Biolab in 2012 to pursue a Ph.D. degree in Biomedicine.
