These real-life, bizarre, and extremely frightening encounters with the Zeta Greys with the central figure being the Tall Grey, Rex have been a roller coaster ride for me. Rex, who seems to be a mind-manipulating and menacing otherworldly being, is present (sometimes not physically, but through thought-transference) during every abduction. There is also a seven-foot-tall, dark-green-cloaked “Praying Mantis being,” whom I believe is the “great overseer” of all the terrifying examinations, testing, abuse, and experimentation, including their Grey human hybridisation program which shocked me to my core.
