About Koen Goudriaan
During my studies Trade Management Asia & Business Analytics co-founded two startups; one ecommerce product and a service (a data driven tool to deliver guidance to a more independent, safer and comfortable home) for elderly people to extend the time they can stay self-sufficient in their own house. With the learnings of my startup experience, started doing consulting in lean product development / experiment based learning in corporate environments. Implementing and executing various methods to speed up innovation and get rid of time spent on stuff that nobody actually wants. International experience with high growth scale-up Glovo (groceries department) where the business unit scaled 10X in terms of users, orders and team over the period of a year. Now working on the future of shopping with Qoala.
