About Otávio Dalarossa
Otávio is Co-Founder and CEO of Nvestly, an investment network established to empower people to become better investors. Nvestly lets you see what your friends are investing in. No dollar amounts are shown, just percentages. Prior to Nvestly, Otávio led Wilshire Private Markets' Latin America efforts and also spearheaded the firm's real asset research and modeling efforts that resulted in the launch and close of Wilshire's first private real asset offerings. Otávio has led the due diligence and analysis of investments that resulted in over $11m of aggregate commitments to private equity funds. During his tenure at Wilshire Private Markets, Otávio met with and evaluated over 150 private equity, venture capital, special situations and real assets offerings. Prior to joining Wilshire Otávio held roles in fixed income analysis at Capital Group and investment advisory at First Investors Corp.
Otávio completed a MS at UCLA in Geotechnical Engineering and Earthquake Engineering, and a BS at UCLA in Civil & Environmental Engineering at UCLA. He was born in São Paulo and has lived for over a decade in South America prior to moving to California. Otávio is currently based in Chicago.
