My experience in Strategy Consulting and Digital Business for over 9 years and the lifetime dream of creating something from the scratch, have been crucial in the decision to jump to this adventure. 1. Head of CaixaBank Public Website 2019 - 2021
Head of CaixaBank public websites (accessible to both clients and non-clients), managing a team of 14 people (internal and external)
- Head of the commercial web “CaixaBank.es”, the corporate web “CaixaBank.com” and international webs (Germany, UK, France, Portugal…)
- Lead of the website’s strategy, setting up the roadmap, analyzing marketing campaigns, traffic and the conversion funnel
- Leading website innovation, design, UX and data centricity
- Leading key projects such as the new CaixaBank.com (awarded), bankia.es and bankia.com integration or CaixaBank Google My Business renewal, within a backlog of more than 50 projects
- Responsible of budgeting, resources allocation, setting priorities and supervising more than 20 providers (Project management)
- Responsible of Digital Positioning (SEO, Google My Business…)
2. Manager Deloitte Digital 2015 - 2019
As manager I was responsible of designing strategic frameworks and identifying hypothesis in order to pursue further analysis along with leading a 10 people consultancy team.
