About Rachael Shayne
Rachael Shayne is the CEO and Co-Founder of the startup Cubspot.com, an EdTech SaaS marketplace of camps, classes, and tutors for kids K-12. She is a brand architect and culture strategist located in Boulder, Colorado. Rachael connects brand strategy with corporate vision to turn beliefs, habits, and systems into a unique company-OS by fusing branding, values, heritage philosophy and reputation management into a cohesive story and inspirational ethos. By tapping into her background at advertising agencies and working on global brands, she’s able to approach culture, diversity and inclusion from a unique, high EQ perspective that fits the new definition of innovation and creates an enviable competitive advantage for Cubspot.
She has also served as Vice President of People.Culture.Brand. at Zayo Group where she oversaw the global management of the company’s people operations, brand, culture strategy and public relations. Throughout her career, she has helped guide some of the world’s leading brands, including Procter & Gamble, Nestlé, Alibaba.com, The North Face, TapInfluence, Colorado Tourism and more. Rachael earned a B.A. in Communications from the University of Colorado Denver. She is a mentor at Greenhouse Scholars and an active member of CU Women’s Council and Women’s Foundation of Colorado in addition to serving on the Board of CU’s Leeds School of Business. Rachael has 11-year-old twins, two french bulldogs, and practices yoga. @rachaelshayne
