About Sharne McDonald
Weirdo artist at heart, Hi5 Hero in practice. Doing customer support, design, marketing, copy-writing, QA and inbound sales. Co-organiser of DisruptHR Cape Town. Love being a generalist.
I graduated in 2014 with a BA Fine Art (University of Cape Town) and worked as a graphic and web designer for a couple of years before joining the amazing team at Hi5. I taught primary school chess for a year and there discovered my passion for teaching, so I'm currently studying towards PG Diploma Tertiary Education (UNISA).
Hi5 is a simple and fun mobile and desktop app for recognising and rating your co-workers, as well as measuring your company culture. We also host a whole bunch of cool events, are very active bloggers on topics of leadership and employee engagement and are doing ongoing research into the state of Culture at Work.
