About Shruti Agrawal
I am the Co-Founder of CAGRfunds, a financial planning company. We are based out of Mumbai and Delhi and currently handle an AUM of over INR 38 Cr.
Being one of the few female financial planners in India, I am extremely passionate about encouraging women to take ownership and better control of their finances.
Given our continuous engagement with clients, we have the benefit of understating the behavioral aspects of investing. This helps us develop deep insights into how people behave with money. I am personally also involved in the following:
Lead Champion (Financial Planning) on Sheroes, a women driven online community
Conducting Investor Awareness Workshops for employees at Corporates – I have personally conducted over 25 sessions across Mahindra, Tata Communications and several other companies
Leading a dedicated initiative to encourage more women to chart out their journey towards Financial Independence (CAGR for Her)
Author of various articles for various platforms (Sheroes, SheThePeopleTV)
Leading a team of around 10 people across Operations, Marketing and Strategy verticals
