With over ten years experience in varied environments, including events catering, hotels, up-market gastro venues, fine dining and a colorful spell as head chef, Steve has developed a zeal for international cuisine. His focus is always on locally sourced and organic where possible, fresh and seasonal produce. He has a creative flair for menu development and presentation but above all else, is truly happy when composing feasts and events for family and friends, old and new.
