About Vincent Tantardini
Hi, I’m a designer and film photography enthusiast who created Frames to solve a simple but persistent problem—keeping track of what I shoot. I’ve always loved the process of analog photography, from loading film to scanning negatives, but I wanted a better way to capture the context behind each frame. Not just settings and gear, but the thoughts, places, and moments that give each image meaning.
Frames started as a personal tool, something small to help me stay organized. Over time, it grew into something more—a dedicated space for film photographers to log, sync, and preserve their work with care. I believe good design gets out of the way and supports your process, and that philosophy is baked into every part of the app. It’s fast, focused, and built specifically for analog.
Outside of Frames, I’m always experimenting with new film stocks, tweaking my setup, and looking for quiet places to shoot. I care deeply about craft, whether it's a well-framed photo or a thoughtfully designed interface. I hope Frames can help you slow down, shoot with intention, and build a deeper connection to your work.
Thanks for being here and for supporting independent tools made with purpose.
