Sobre Life with choice care

At Life With Choice Care, we are a credible and experienced team of caregivers and support workers who wish to build an empowering and safe environment for anyone who chooses us as their NDIS provider Melton. We place the NDIS value of choice, dignity, respect, inclusion and fairness, amongst others, at the core of our service delivery and offer quality care and support to all NDIS participants. We understand the role that NDIS plays in a participant’s overall growth and development, and we aim to do our bit via our NDIS disability services in Melton. We follow a person-centred approach and tailor our services to meet the unique needs of the participants. The level of care we provide will be determined by the participants, ensuring they have complete choice and control over each aspect of their lives. With us as your NDIS provider Melton, you will always be in control; our services will promote autonomy and encourage you to live an independent life.
