This is because Toilets have curved shapes, which means if you're not using a toilet seat designed for that specific shape it can slip out the toilet. The most common faults in Toilet Seats are: To fix this, ensure that you have a secure hinge to the right angle and that the screws holding it are tight. Also, check for uneven seat or loose bolts at the hinges. If it still wobbles, replace the Screws with Tightening Bolts. In case of misplaced holes making it impossible to set up a new nut onto them, fill up/drill out the hole so as to accommodate the fixing bolt securely into position. Once you have rectified all faults on faulty Toilet Seats, try tightening and balancing if the seat is still wobbly, fit a new Seat instead of repairing it since there will be no solution to this problem. To replace the above faulty Toilet Seat, simply take off the old seat and replace it with a new one. However remember to replace the Original Hinges that come with a new toilet seat, if there are any problems with your existing Hinge you can replace it. Another option is to replace both Toilet Seat and Hinge at once as this will solve most of your problems. It is best to replace it with a newly bought toilet seat than fixing up an old faulty one. You also need to consider the fixing method of fixing your toilet before fixing the new toilet seat.
