With more than 28 years of experience, he specializes in PTSD, trauma, anxiety, panic, depression, anger, grief, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and military-related mental health concerns.
His direct, compassionate approach combines EMDR and trauma-informed treatment with practical counseling, attachment and family-systems concepts, Gestalt, existential, and Jungian perspectives. Treatment is designed to help clients process painful experiences, understand recurring emotional patterns, regulate emotional responses, and regain clarity and control.
