The economic situation of Sports in Argentina and Latin america is complicated for the three most important actors: 1- Sport clubs are having every year less members, and his infrastructure is being under-used (at least 60% of the time their installations are not being used, we know that by first-hand) 2- It is hard for trainers and sport teachers to get a well-paid job. The first two years of their careers, they work almost for free to get experience, although they already have the knowledge. 3- people don´t get enough options in their cities to play sports, and also club´s memberships are really expensive So we are a team of system engineers, designers and developers that are working on EntrenoLibre, a platform that connects these three kind of consumers. So it is possible through our mobile app for a person to arrange classes with a trainer in a club or public area near to him. Even just rent fields and areas from the clubs easily. All of it using a gaming-style. A trainer gets the opportunity to work as a freelancer. And get a new income doing their job with their own schedules. A club gets more users that could become members in the future, and also gets a new and fresh income using their unused infrastructure. As the price for each class or rent is set by trainers and clubs, and the platform gets a percentage of it, everyone wins and is committed to get every time more users on the platform. And the only way they have to do this is competing with feedback and price, or promote ads to appear in better positions on the app. Going to numbers, with some calculation and extrapolation, we estimate that at least we may reach to 2 million people using the app, only in Argentina in the first two years. If this number is only there, imagine how many people we could reach worldwide. That is what we are looking for: reaching everywhere, having the enough resources to do it. So, to summarize.. we are connecting physical infrastructure, people that offer a kind of service and people that wants those services. This is focused on sports, but what if we apply this platform to any other area that is based on this three actors? The possibilities to grow for the platform are amazingly enormous.
