About GLOBAL PROPERTIES INVESTMENTS
I started in October 2016 with Global Properties Investments, my own company. It's a Real Estate Company but we are specialized in Property Management and Holiday Rentals. Also in small decoration renovations. We provide our services to people who buy a property at the Costa del Sol as an investment. To rent it out. Our service is to take care for the house, register it, make sure it has everything that is needed as a Holiday house, give advice to the owners, provide the offers for services they need to give to the clients, like internet, air conditioning, etc. We will re-decorate the property to the needs of the renters, do the cleaning, meet and greets, provide the keys, and take care of the place like it is our own. We represent the owners. We started with this company because a lot of Estate Agents only do sales, but no Holiday Rentals, and the services we provide with our Property Management are in the line of our earlier businesses. We make sure that the owner, as well as the tenants feel good and get the best service they expect! But, I combine my company with a social project, and that is what it makes so special. In time I want to create the SMILEY CASAS. These are Holiday properties where cancer patients who had an operation or heavy treatment, can rent very cheap to unwind, or come to themself again. Alone or with their family.
