About Business Angels Network Catalunya

BANC is as a non-profit association, promoted by the CECOT employees’ union and the Autoocupació Foundation.  Its main scope is in Catalonia, with strong ties with the European ecosystem.  Since its conception, BANC has injected nine point seven million € in the equity of 53 projects: seven point nine million € from 92 Business Angels and one point eight million € from the founders. BANC has also advocated for the creation of a proper fiscal and regulatory framework in Spain, for the Business Angel institution.
