Sustainability is a topic of high relevance today, and in this context, in 2020, Clotsy Brand was born with a clear purpose: to be more than a brand, to be a COMMUNITY and a LIFESTYLE. We committed ourselves to changing the fashion industry, producing our garments in workshops in Spain and Portugal, using sustainable and high-quality fabrics.
Clotsy is more than a clothing brand; it is a way to help our clients on their journey towards sustainability, offering them the opportunity to dress in line with their values. We know that there are women looking for a sustainable wardrobe without having to jump from brand to brand. That’s why we design complete collections (jeans, sweaters, underwear, and more) so they can find everything they need in one place: CLOTSY.
Our community is everything. We have over 10 thousand clients, engage more than 100 thousand people on social media, and build loyalty through channels like Telegram. This connection allows us to build trusting relationships and continue offering what they truly need, optimizing the experience and reducing acquisition costs.
Clotsy's model is Real Time Fashion. We use trend analysis, examine our own data, and gather direct feedback from our community to design our garments.
Instead of having only two seasons per year for all releases, we launch a capsule every two weeks with new garments and looks. Producing in Spain and Portugal allows us to make smaller initial batches and quickly restock successful products. This approach is not only more eco-friendly by reducing product transportation; it also allows us to better adjust inventory levels and avoid accumulating large quantities of unsuccessful products. With this production model, we also reduce stock shortages of best-sellers by having a much shorter restocking time.

Faithful and Committed Community: we have a community of more than 10,000 clients and over 100,000 conscious individuals who are highly committed to the brand.
- This is evident in our online actions, where we have over a 40% repeat rate on the website, and where more than half of our returning clients make 3 or more purchases. In a cohort analysis, 6% of people who bought in month 1 continue to buy monthly, maintaining that percentage over time (a 12-month study).

Real-Time Fashion: our closeness with our community allows us to understand exactly what they want and need, giving us a huge competitive advantage in the market. Additionally, due to our short production cycles (thanks to local manufacturing), we gain two advantages:
First, we can identify market needs and produce them in a short time frame (4 weeks vs. 10-12 in China), making them available in-store as soon as possible.
Secondly, these short production cycles allow us to place smaller initial and replenishment orders, identify which models perform best, thereby avoiding large stocks of non-performing products, significantly reducing inventory levels, and limiting stockouts for best-sellers.
Pre-sales Model: this is another strength of having a committed community. When launching new product categories, we request samples from manufacturers to launch to the market. Clients pre-purchase the product they will receive in a few months, generating positive working capital (since we charge before placing the order with the supplier), minimizing risk, and avoiding dead stock by producing only based on what has been sold.
Profitable from the First Order: with an average ticket of €70 + VAT, we achieve a contribution margin per order of €35.5 (margin with the product delivered to the client's home, deducting all delivery, packaging, and bank commission expenses) and a CAC of €30.5 in recent months. With average sales per client of €130 annually and our repeat rates, we are creating a snowball effect that will yield significant profitability in the future.
