Understanding the investment opportunity
Hydros Power is a technology startup developing a complete ecosystem to accelerate the adoption of green hydrogen in mobility applications where lithium batteries do not offer a scalable solution (long recharge times, low autonomy, and short lifespan). These applications include logistics fleets, industrial machinery, heavy transport, refrigeration, and aerial vehicles.
Its proposal combines three key products:
- STELION Powertrain: fuel cell systems that generate electricity with hydrogen and replace batteries in electric vehicles, drones, and refrigerated containers, improving productivity by up to 180% compared to battery-only solutions.

- STELION Capsules: interchangeable high-pressure gaseous hydrogen storage capsules that allow plug & play refueling of vehicles in less than a minute, eliminating the need for pressurized hoses and cooling systems used in conventional hydrogen stations.

- STELION Station: stations for generation, compression, and recharging of our storage and supply capsules, reducing the required pressure by 30% compared to a conventional hydrogen station and eliminating the need for a hydrogen distribution infrastructure, which unfortunately does not exist.

Hydros Power has validated its technology with a first pilot on an environmental inspection drone, where it tripled the autonomy offered by batteries. It is currently developing a hydrogen-powered refrigerated container in the Port of Valencia, in collaboration with the Port Authority and the European Institute of Innovation and Technology in its mobility branch. The latter also leads the current funding round as a lead investor.
Its goal is to become the new global standard for distributed hydrogen storage and supply, with a modular, scalable, and economically viable solution that enables decarbonization of transport and logistics without relying on large infrastructures. With its technology, it multiplies autonomy by up to 300% depending on the application and accelerates the adoption of this key energy vector for a sustainable future. Hydros Power focuses on B2B and B2G clients with intensive operations and environments where productivity is vital, such as logistics fleets, port operations, UAVs, or industrial vehicle manufacturers. It offers modular and plug&play hydrogen solutions for cases where high autonomy, fast refueling, and decentralized infrastructure are required. Its proposal is aimed at high-value niches, with long sales cycles but stable relationships.
*IMPORTANT: Investment in Hydros Power will be channeled through Compulsory Convertible Notes.
- If there is an investment round with a Lead Investor with a ticket ≥ €160,000, it converts at the valuation of said investor with a 20% discount and a valuation cap (CAP) of €4,500,000.
- If 12 months pass from the successful closing of this campaign without a qualified investment round, it is capitalized at a fixed valuation of €3,000,000.
**IMPORTANT NOTICE ON DEDUCTIBILITY:
The investment in Hydros Power may qualify for a 50% tax deduction, subject to the following conditions:
-
That the capitalization is completed before November 2026, or
-
If carried out after that date, that ENISA recognizes Hydros Power as part of a strategic sector, in which case the deduction period would be extended to 7 years.

Product: a modular ecosystem that solves real hydrogen adoption
At Hydros Power we have developed STELION, a unique and comprehensive green hydrogen ecosystem that covers the entire value chain: production, storage, refueling and consumption. Unlike traditional players, we sell a comprehensive solution that allows hydrogen operation without the need for large infrastructures, simply by incorporating a STELION Station or receiving recharged capsules through an external service.
What makes us unique?
Our ecosystem is designed to comprehensively cover all key phases of hydrogen use, from generation and storage to refueling and consumption. One of our major competitive advantages lies in this last phase. In addition, we enable a 28% reduction in acquisition and operation costs of hydrogen stations.
Unlike conventional refueling, our storage capsules (STELION Capsules), based on the plug & play concept of ultra-fast connection in less than a minute, completely eliminate the use of pressurized hoses and expensive cooling systems. This is achieved through the ability to refuel via capsule exchange, allowing the vehicle’s empty capsule to be replaced with another previously filled at the station (STELION Station). For example, traditional refueling methods currently used by companies like Toyota or Hyundai for FCEV vehicles require between 3 and 5 minutes, assuming infrastructure is available.
In turn, the different models of fuel cell systems (STELION Powertrain) have been developed to be compatible with 90% of existing logistics vehicles, from refrigerated logistics to drones, AGVs, forklifts or port applications. This allows vehicles to be converted to hydrogen without the need for structural modifications, enabling companies to efficiently and quickly transform their fleets towards zero-emission and much more productive mobility.
Proven technical and operational advantages
- We enable refueling in less than one minute.
- We have reinvented hydrogen refueling through a user experience that is simpler, safer, and more scalable than current solutions.
- We can increase vehicle fleet productivity by up to 180% depending on the application.
Proprietary protected technology
- Utility model already registered, consisting of an anti-vibration system that absorbs and mitigates vibrations generated during logistics or mobility operations, protecting the structural integrity of the fuel cell.
- Patent under initial examination, focused on ultra-fast connection between capsules and the station.
Rapidly expanding market
Focus on captive fleets (ports, logistics, UAVs), one of the segments with the greatest barriers to lithium battery electrification.
The total addressable market (TAM) combined for 2030 is estimated at USD 51.8 trillion, according to international consulting firms:
- $42.3B for fuel cell solutions (Precedence Research).
- $6.3B in hydrogen storage (Markets and Markets).
- $3.2B in generation and refueling stations (Grand View Research).
The serviceable available market (SAM) in 2030 is estimated at USD 9.85 trillion, considering geographical, regulatory, and technological adoption restrictions.
The serviceable obtainable market (SOM) projected by Hydros Power reaches EUR 43 million in sales, equivalent to an approximate 0.5% penetration of the SAM.
Costs and efficiency
- Compared to conventional hydrogen stations (€2M and more than 4 years of development), STELION Station allows for fast (< 2 months) and decentralized hydrogen deployment with lower investment (<€200,000 for a typical fleet of 20 forklifts).
- Our capsules eliminate the need for -40ºC cooling during refueling and pressurized hoses, reducing CAPEX and the hydrogen station’s energy consumption by nearly 30%.
Traction and clients
- First commercial contract closed for €30,000 for the development of a hydrogen-powered UAV, for an environmental consulting company conducting marine drone inspections.
- Ongoing pilots: we are currently developing a hydrogen-powered refrigerated container to be validated at the Port of Valencia, in collaboration with the Port Authority and the port’s logistics operator Grupo Torres, and subsidized by EIT UM. In parallel, we are working on a second pilot to integrate the STELION Powertrain system into an electric forklift in the same port environment, subsidized by the city of Valencia.
- The logistics operator Grupo FTM joins the capital with in-kind contributions (testing elements, materials, space, facilities), as a strategic partner and potential client.
- In negotiation phase for commercial agreements with Pragma Industries (a French company manufacturing urban mobility fleets) and GSI Solar (a large international engineering group developing custom renewable energy and hydrogen projects).
Awards and recognition
- Hydros Power has been backed by leading organizations such as EIT Urban Mobility, which invested €220,000, and has received key grants including from the Ports 4.0 program and €89,684 from the Valencia City Council, being the highest-rated project. It has won awards such as Best Startup at the eMobility World Congress, AITEX, and Extremadura New Energies, and has been selected by high-level accelerators like those of Naturgy, Opentop, Cuatrecasas, and the K-Startup Grand Challenge, a high-impact international program led by South Korea’s Ministry of SMEs and Startups.
Team and execution
- Founders with over 23 years of experience in technological product development and R&D, international expansion, marketing, and sales.
- Multidisciplinary and complementary team with a proven track record in high-responsibility environments.
- 100% dedicated with a clear strategic focus.
- Expanding team, already having added high-value technical profiles.
