About Dynamic WMS
Since the start of computerized Warehouse Management and implementation of MHE (Material Handling Equipment), creation of a new warehouse or upgrade of one has been stuck in a something out of the 1960s, in that the software would be written and then tested by deploying it. Or even worse new hardware added and then tested in production. Creation of a warehouse management system is closely tied to the warehouse it self, and how it operates, making the trial-and-error approach very dangerous. There have been several well documented instances where deployments of new WMS or MHE's have brought large companies to the brink of ruin. We intended to address this pain point by the creation of a complete warehouse and mhe emulator, akin to the circuit design emulators that are used for electronic desing there days. With DynamicWMS the customer can draw out a map of there warehouse, draw out their conveyer belts, their MHE's , put-away areas, pick areas, pack areas, reserve-stock areas, VAS areas etc, and then emulate the flow of materials coming in and going out, including incoming ASNs, PO's DTC and DTW etc. DynamicWMS will allow the customer to optimize the workflow of their warehouse, as well as selection of MHE vendors etc by being able to change and TEST configuration at the touch of a few buttons, rather than spending hundreds of thousands of dollars in time and material to implement something physically and then test it.
